The container, with the product inside, is loaded onto the dumper in a special basket by means of a lifting trolley.
When the tipper is correctly positioned on the basket,the operator removes the forks of the lift trolley and via a remote control gives permission for overturning.
The basket begins to rotate on itself until it reaches the emptying position.
During tipping, the container is held by a mechanical system activated by a spring.
After a time that can be adjusted from the control panel,the basket returns to its starting position, allowing the operator to remove the empty container.
Main frame is made of electro-welded stainless steel pipes suitably stiffened and mounted on 4 legs fixed to the ground.
Dumping frame is made of stainless steel moulded electro-welded sheets. It is fixed to the main frame through two supports. On the dumping frame there are two tracks for pallet lock frame feeding.
Pallet lock frame is made of stainless steel moulded electro-welded sheets. By hydraulic piston it slides on tracks mounted on dumping frame.
Product discharge door is made of electro-welded stainless steel pipe and sheet fixed to the dumping frame through supports. Its rotation is driven by hydraulic piston.
Motorization is equipped with electrovalves group and an electric control board driving 3 hydraulic pistons.
